I called to have something done that was already performed 2 weeks ago by another associate who instantly got it done, who did a fantastic job, and it was ready for me when ibgot there. Paid and picked it up. However, this girl Liz told me she couldn't help me that I would have to come in to order which I knew was complete B.S. I immediately called a different location (Downtown Fresno) and they have now just started my order, from over the phone, which is clutch given my same-day situation. Draw back is I now have to drive clear across town... Customer Service Quality should never be based on location or specific employees. Sorry, not sorry. Kudos to the hardworking ones. 🤞

That their boss has been trying to fix it but no luck. I have proof/evidence that they are still in service. I was there today and took the picture of their business on Shaw and Valentine in Fresno, Ca. Hope this helps.
