Especially this gal Sophia I think is her name. I was there for almost two hours printing and laminating and she was so awesome and helpful! She is super friendly and the way other customers were chatting with her you could tell she makes their experience a nice little part of their day :,) the other gentleman with red hair was also super kind and helpful though I didn’t get his name. They deserve a raise in there for real! 💓✨

- JJJJan 22, 20172.0I went in to ship a laptop and asked for the cheapest way I could possibly ship the package. The woman doing the packaging didn't say anything to me, or told me how much the charges would be. Absolutely nothing. She went and packed it up in the expensive laptop packaging, then asked if I'd like it to be signed for or not. I said sure, and the price went up four dollars. She never said there was an extra charge for it. I told her to take that off, and the total came to $40 to ship the package. She never once told me ahead of time what the price would be, nor suggested anything else even though I specifically told her I wanted the cheapest method possible. I won't be using this FedEx again.
