  Telly’s customers service is above and beyond. This is our first time utilizing DHL and we received exceptional customer service from Telly in the Fresno location. We got there, asked our questions and got our quote for the package. Telly have helped us answered all of our concerns. We’ve just shipped our package today and felt very confident. Thank you so much for your awesome assistance today we both appreciate it and will definitely utilize DHL again.

  Hi Today i was at the Dhl express service point located on fresno ,south elm ave to pickup my parcel and the person name Telly help me out in my hard time . He is awesome and dedicated towards work and i really appreciate him.

  Reviews are meant to shed light on how well a business operates in so many ways, the stars im leaving represent this company’s location as a whole. DHL is worldwide but the location here represents its core belief in a good operating business. From the supervisor to the smallest guy, they do not leave you to struggle. Having a major event two times and my packages arriving on a Friday with not enough delivery time for my weekend events, the group at this office goes above and beyond to find a shipment that’s really needed and doesn’t disappoint in any way. I’ve asked them twice for help in urgent situations and the service has always been above par because they truly do value work ethic. Thank you guys for everything you do and for working hard to help companies like mine for help!!
