We've processed passports at other locations in the past and the experience here was so much better. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. Chris is incredibly friendly and made us feel taken care of. He even gave things to our kids to keep them busy during the appointment. Harjit processed our applications and she was incredibly helpful. She was professional and knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done correctly. I can't recommend this location for passport services highly enough.
