Chris made us feel welcomed and cracked a joke from time to time. Chastity was very patient and gave me useful information about receiving my passport. I hope others receive this kind of service

The passport services were exceptional, and I want to especially recognize Chris and Harjit for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. They made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. My kiddo felt completely comfortable during the visit and was happily engaged with books and stickers while waiting—which truly shows how thoughtful and family-friendly the staff is. The level of customer service was incredible from start to finish. Efficient, patient, and genuinely caring. I can’t wait to give this location a well-deserved five-star rating. Highly recommended!
