- SESharon EstNov 13, 20255.0My Husband and I went here on Nov 13 2025. He needed to apply for the first time for a passport. Mind that we live over an hour away. Since the USPS in our immediate area in our opinion, is not that trustworthy to handle all these documents and information, we went out of our way to go here in French Camp. Based on the reviews from previous customers. Chasity was the one that helped us with our passport needs, no attitude, no feeling like the staff "hated their jobs". She was polite and informative and verified that the info on the passport application was correct. No feeling like we were an inconvenience. Then came Chris, super friendly person, he offered me and my husband water bottles. He even gave us suggestions on where to get good priced tickets for future travels. The entire staff we encountered seemed like they cared for their job and the customers who came in thru the door. This was worth the drive for something this important. Would return no doubt. The staff attitude here made a great difference. They were amazing. Thank you. Thank you to Chasity and Chris.
