- YDYanjun DingAug 20, 20251.0My first few experiences here were good but last time when I was trying to send a K-pop album through media mail, the lady "Nu" insisted that only books can be sent and albums can't, even though I told her that it was just a cd album. They ended up opening my sealed package to check what was inside but didn’t pack it back very perfectly. I personally will not come to this location again 👎 ps. I've also sent media mails at other usps locations but this lady is the only counter who insists on opening my sealed package.

Marie did not even put the barcode correctly on my certified letter and it was a very important mail to delivered on time. When I went back the both ladies were rude and yelled “ go go go to the supervisor” and turned around. I have complaint about them to the post office and waiting for the supervisor or manager to call me. How come these women getting away with this. My mail is lost and didn’t scan due to the barcode she put on the wrong place.
