- TTtang唐心Dec 15, 20251.0I believe Mr. Krissna is the manager or director of this store, as he was directing everyone around him. Unfortunately, his manner of speaking was extremely rude and unprofessional. When it was finally my turn, I explained that I had applied for an address transfer service but had not received any mail. He told me to go home and wait for a letter. I then showed him my email confirmation indicating that I should have received the mail by 12/13/2025, which I had not. At that point, he lost his patience, raised his voice at me, and insisted that he “knew how the system worked.” His behavior was inappropriate and embarrassing, and other customers turned to look at us. I was very upset by this experience. I do not expect government employees to treat the public in this manner, and this level of service was unacceptable.
