Grace was very helpful, guiding me through every step of the process to get it activated. Despite being the only staff at a busy branch office, she was super patient, thorough, and very friendly to everyone.
- ESEdi StylesMar 7, 20221.0I hate leaving negative comments. I'm a cup half full kinda person, but I am reviewing this business because they need to improve on their customer service. This review comes from over 20 years of visiting and avoiding this place, more than often I find myself driving to the Irvington post office when this place is less than a mile away. I walked in, there was no one in line, I said hello and neither of the customer service people even acknowledgd my presence. When i put my packages on the counter they were just going to put them in the back. They had attitude about scanning my 5 packages for me. If this had been one occurance I wouldn't say anything, nut they even have attitude when I ask to see the available stamps for sale. I will continue avioding this place for now. I hope something changes soon.
