  Joe needs to take a class of how to treat customers. I asked him for a piece of tape. He said no if you want you could wait in line and go to the other checkers which I told him they usually give us tape. I complained to the manager, but she didn’t seem to care if she needs to also take a class of how to pretend like she cares when a customer complains. Usually, Postal Service workers are really nice. This location is not welcoming at all.

  Note: this usps postal office needs to be closed down. The female staff are rude, cannot respond to any help request, gives inadequate reasons why they cannot lift a pin to assist any customer. In fact they don’t assist in anything that requires them to help walk in customers. I am praying for a complete make over in staffing and retraining in hopes they can try to fix the non-helpful staff and complaints. It’s so unusual not to give proper customer service and to work independently at their station. The only way to rid a bad apple is to end all lines of communication at this 41041Trimboli Way USPS, and hire help that is more thoughtful in both action and customer service! I wanted to give no stars to this group but one star is appropriate.

  ⭐ 1-Star Review (If zero stars were possible, they would get that — and even a negative rating.) If zero stars were an option, I would give this USPS location a negative rating. The staff here clearly get irritated just because I come in often with multiple packages. But what is the point of being open for business if you don’t want to serve customers? Their attitude is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. Instead of helping, they tell customers to do everything manually because they simply don’t want to do their job. This is not how a public service should operate. I strongly suggest avoiding this location entirely. And honestly, if someone has the time and resources to file a formal complaint or take further action against this branch, it might benefit future customers. No one deserves to be treated this way!🤮🤮🤮
