This is simply not true and made no sense for my mailing needs. There was no clear explanation, just pressure to buy something unnecessary. Customers should be allowed to choose a standard envelope without being misled or forced into buying a different product. This experience wasted my time and showed a lack of proper training and professionalism. USPS should seriously improve staff knowledge and customer service at this location.

I told her that it stated walk in were allowed during the posted time. The lady told me no walk-in, and go online. I asked her about applications for the passport and was told to go online and fill out the form there. The employee was very rude and didnt want to help or answer any question.

When we try to get the passport application info from her, she is not friendly and without looking at us and said all passinfo is on the wall. Note that I am the only one in the office and no one else and she is not busy. We will not go to this office if possible, hope they can be more friendly and helpful
