Got bad service and attitude from the woman behind the counter. Came here to do Amazon return and was told to scan bar code at the machine. Scanner was very sporadic and tried several times. Got frustrated and asked her for help. Instead of helping she said “did you read the instructions?” Really? I have to read a bunch of instructions to do a return? How terrible is that? Avoid this place.

Not happy with the service I received. To be charged $2.5 for a single page label is absurd. This is supposed to be a service store.
Not to mention the store associate made me go back and package the box. Otherwise I was going to be charged over $5 just for a single tape.

I have been using this UPS store for years. Recently, I had to do a return, used my home printer to print out return receipt. When I got to store, a young lady was helping me but then an older man came out and took over. He asked me, "Did you print out receipt?" I said "Yes, from my home printer." He looked at me skepticism. I repeated myself. Again, he looked at me as those he did not believe me. He then asked the young lady if I had printed out receipt and she said, "No, she came in with her receipt." He continued to look at me with skepticism. I plan on going back to that store and have a very frank discussion with this man. Shame on him for treating a long time customer this way.

They charge you 2 dollars for a SINGLE label print. They call it “computer charge”!! If it wasn’t new years eve and if he had told me that before actually printing it, I wouldn’t have accepted this ridiculousness!! Do you think people are stupid?
At least I know never to go this ups again 🙂
