- MDM DNov 18, 20251.0I want to give zero star today to the female customer support around 1 pm 11/18/25. She did not to accept 3 big boxes 📦 that I am going to pay. I asked her can I talk to the Manager and she claimed she’s the wife of the owner when I asked where is the Manager (she said I am also the Manager) Total waste of my time to bring my packages. She said they don’t weigh and accept packages without labels. That is the reason why I brought them there to get weighed and I will pay the delivery. She said they only accept returns with QR codes. That’s the most stupid UPS I have been into. I will report this branch to the headquarters and they don’t need to be in the shipping business. Also to better business bureau. She accepted 2 drop offs which small boxes with QR code.
