The order was placed prior to noon on Sunday 12/7 and I received notification that the order would be ready by 5:30pm the same day. I checked online and order was not ready so I called the store to confirm. I reached an associate, explained to her that I needed the status of the order and if it wasn't ready could it be ready by 8:30am on Monday. She put me on hold for about 15 minutes only to pickup the phone and disconnect the call. The call was disconnected at 6:04pm. At least have the decency to say you don't have an update and will call in the morning when you reopen. Unfortunately, I can't cancel the order but I will never order prints at this location again.

You earn points for recycling e-waste, and setting up an account was extremely quick, with just a name, email, and phone number. I really love that there’s a cost-free and convenient way to recycle e-waste. They accept a lot of materials, including old fax machines, printers, cameras, and even batteries.

I asked him for a return receipt and he said it'll be sent to my phone. I didnt leave and it printed, he gave it to me saying "here" waving it, as in, now leave. Whats wrong with this employee?
