- HLHsin Huei LiAug 6, 20251.0Primo Water has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I tried to cancel my rental service two months ago, but it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. No one answered the phone, and the only time I got through, I had to wait over an hour. They scheduled a pickup to return the dispenser, but no one ever showed up. Meanwhile, they kept charging me for the rental—even though I clearly wanted to cancel. Absolutely would not recommend this company.
