Well this was a long time coming!! Christian C. Has helped me out like 3 times and every time I tell him I’m going to write a review for him… I am finally here. Please count this as 3 reviews! He has been so helpful with my shipments and helping me locate other FedEx stores in the area I was heading. Customer service is top notch! Very chill dude! Annie don’t think I forgot about you! She helped me out today and was friendly and quick! Also top notch customer service skills and a cool person! Management please make sure these two get recognition for this review! They are awesome!

Hello Jennifer at FedEx, You're very rude or at least come off as so, in both demeanor and tone. I get it's the holidays and you're probably feeling a bit of holiday stress, but it's really no reason to be a scrooge. I came in at 4:59 PM with a package and was trying to make the 5 PM cutoff for express service (priority overnight to the East Coast) for a client. It was already labeled and ready to go but I didn't know where to put it or what to do with it as it was my first time visiting this particular location. Due to the impending cutoff, and urgency of this, I asked you a quick question of where put the package but you were quick to cut me off and point out that there were other people in front of me the minute I opened my mouth. I tried uttering another few words and you cut me off again. Even so, the customer you were helping was conversing on the phone and paying no heed, I don't see why it would've hurt or killed anyone to just get my question answered. A polite and quick, "you'll need to drop it off here at the counter but I'll be happy to assist you after this customer" would've worked. Is that so hard? I suggest you at least listen to people first; what if it was something truly urgent? I honestly think I could be laying there dying and you would still cut me off the moment I opened my mouth to ask you to call paramedics. It wouldn't matter, because there were as you so obviously made known to me, "other people in line ahead of me". But I'm apparently really too much of an idiot to see a line when there is one. Hopefully you can work to improve this. Regards, Go Down the Street to UPS?

Avoid. I did an online print order. My husband went to pick it up and asked for "the order." The very unhelpful Debbie said she didn't have it. He showed her the email confirmation stating order ready for pickup. She said email didn't have right order #. He called me and I spoke with her, saying email had only order # we had. Then I asked whether she couldn't just go through the print orders and look for my name. She said no. My husband left. I called back and asked how could it be that I have an email saying that the print order was ready at 11. She looked for the order and said she had it. Said my husband had asked for "a box" which she didn't have. My husband asked for "an order" & showed her an email confirmation of a print order. Why lie? I had to go back. I asked for my order from Debbie. The manager was next to her on the phone and asked me to keep quiet (I was talking normally - asking for my order.) She asked me to keep quiet again and then apologized to the person on the phone saying that "this customer won't stop talking". Really?! I was asking how this happened (she explained it away as Debbie is "new") and then she started gaslighting me - her: "if you won't stop yelling I'll have to ask you to leave." me: "I'm not yelling, I'm explaining what happened" her: "I'm going to call the police." That is just some insane customer service all around. I've used the Fedex printing center on Mowry a bunch of times and they are normal & do their job. I've never seem them threaten to call the police on a customer with service issue as an added bonus.
