Simple requests get messed up, instructions are ignored, and mistakes are brushed off like they’re no big deal. Customer service is especially awful — dismissive attitudes, lack of accountability, and no effort to fix problems they create. If you value your documents, shipments, or even basic competence, stay far away from this location.

Please count this as 3 reviews! He has been so helpful with my shipments and helping me locate other FedEx stores in the area I was heading. Customer service is top notch! Very chill dude! Annie don’t think I forgot about you! She helped me out today and was friendly and quick! Also top notch customer service skills and a cool person! Management please make sure these two get recognition for this review! They are awesome!
