Inside the packages, they put in some frozen food because they heard the shipping is fast. I'm in a rush to get it because they put in the frozen food, which I'm sure it's all spoiled already since it's been more than 10 days and the packages still aren't delivered to me. When I try to go pick it up, they told me that they're unable to help me unless I submit a hold my packages application, which is honestly ridiculous to me because it will take more days to finish processing that. They also told me that the packages are scheduled for delivery on Monday. Well, Monday has passed and there are no updates on my delivery status. So, I tried to submit an application but they asked for a DHL account number which I do not have. I've also tried contacting customer service and wait on call for more than 10 minutes to which they hung up on me. So, right now, my hands are tied and DHL is a horrible shipping center. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I hold it for pickup at the Fremont hub and drove there twice. The person at the counter cannot tell me where my package is or when it will be ready because it has never been “physically scanned”. Yesterday, they said it will be ready be today morning. Today, they said it “should” be ready by today. I need my package!!! I paid for the speed! You shouldn’t keep my package in the container!!! Process it!
