- JWJane WilsonJul 11, 20251.0Sadly can’t say Ive had one positive experience here. Typical entitled government employee behavior, no customer service whatsoever. Do not deliver to your home so you will need to pick everything up. They are only open 6 hours daily btw (10am-4pm, Monday-Friday only), not even a full 8 hours and of course during regular business hours where it becomes difficult for the working class to get their packages. Will loose your packages or give them to the wrong people. They changed their policy where now all mail has to come directly addressed as PO Box instead of your street address, many people were unaware and all their mail had been being sent back for months until they realized on their own (no heads up from the post office). Your packages however, must NOT be addressed this way, you’ll have to figure out a way to use your street address and insert your PO box number in there somewhere and if for any reason the sending company doesn’t include it, they will send back your package right away and wont hold it for even 1 day. Do not work with you for placing packages in a locker but will threaten to send back your packages so you may need to get off of work early or take a day off just to get them. Btw, official complaint have been made but they are only sent back to the postmaster at this location so nothing ever changes since he just loves to give excuses instead of answers. No wonder they are trying to get rid of USPS 😬
- WSWylund ShilvockDec 1, 20181.0Staff is horrible. Not friendly or welcoming. They will NOT re-deliver packages even when they give you slips saying you can get it re-delivered. The hours are horrible. I leave the mountain at 6:30am and get home around 7:30pm Mon-fri. How are those who commute on the weekdays supposed to get their mail especially when the post office wont re-deliver? Packages, more often than not, come damaged and crushed. They must be playing soccer with my amazon orders.
