- VCVFS Ca6 days ago2.0I've been there a few times, and honestly, the service is pretty bad. He never asks what we need—he just assumes what we want and runs with it. Seriously, the guy has zero customer service skills! He should be trying to sell or at least talk about the options, but I get the feeling he's been there forever and thinks he can do whatever he wants. It's totally DRY, and he only talks to his older friends; otherwise, it's total silence.

I believe he is the head person at this post office . Why wouldn't you talk to his delivery driver about a simple issue? This guy has zero customer service. I would have been ok with a alright I'll talk to him about it and contact you with a game plan to fix the issue. Some people just don't know how to resolve little issues. He needs to be replaced. I bet that's why this post office has 2 stars. Only bad thing about this beautiful town.
