  Super friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, and lots of services. They have a machine to drop off pre-labelled items too which is really helpful if you're in a rush. Made the switch from USPS to UPS for my shipping as soon as they opened and I'm so glad I did.

  Everyone that works here is super nice, especially the owner. I come here to do all my shipping and returns. Even used his notary services from time to time and have no complaints

  I stopped by this new location with a few Amazon returns and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient, especially while I was waiting for my phone to load the return codes. Everything was handled smoothly, and the place was clean and organized. I’d feel comfortable coming back if I have more returns or need to ship something in the future. They also have really good promotions going on for their mailbox, I will definitely be switching to this location once my po box is up for renewal!

  This location is great! Plenty of parking and they have a notary on staff seven days a week! We stopped by a few minutes before they closed and we were able to get our documents notarized without any issues. Staff was very friendly as well.

  I love the new ups store location in Fountain Valley. I went in with a stack of Amazon returns and ordered my Christmas cards. The cards came out really nice quality and were cheaper than any of the online services I normally use. Will definitely go back for print in the future.
