- CHChristopher HawkinsOct 28, 20252.0I do not know what's going on with the Fort Jones post office and there attempts on delivering packages lately. My last package of a $300 diamond necklace never arrived, I informed them on putting it on the porch and they claim they put it in my mailbox. And now they want a signature for a delivery of pants and shirts. Making it now the second package that I have not received and have to go to the Post Office to find out what's going on with my package. Apparently there's no point in receiving deliveries anymore from them anymore.

So my husband went to try in get a package (which was super important for work) and a women said to another women..."When you hear someone knocking just ignore them!" What makes one customer more important than another?! Very rude! We'll be writing a letter to someone higher up. It's very unfortunate we live just feet from the line where we cannot get mail delivered so have to rely on the post office.
