- JWJo WestJul 26, 20233.0Updating my 1 star review from 2 months ago. Things have improved - receiving packages and mail in timely fashion. They evidently either listen to customers or got tired of having to geo-scan packages to see where they were mis-delivered. Keep up the good work!
- JWJoanne WestMay 11, 20231.06 months ago this PO would have gotten a solid 3 or 4 from me. But over the past few months, things have gone downhill dramatically. I have had 3 packages mis-delivered and one was never recovered. The mail person retrieved a piece of mail from the outbox that I was sending to the IRS (with checks in it) and on the same day mail person delivered the envelope to a neighbor who promptly brought it back to me. I am at the point of either holding my mail and packages for retrieval or asking Amazon to not use the PO for my deliveries. The PO is the main reason I do not use the handy mail service for prescriptions.
