I was most recently quoted $20 for literally a 1 ounce box being sent to New Jersey ground service. I ended up going to my local USPS for far less. I will never come back to this location, do better with basic customer service.

While I was waiting in line, a friendly gentleman kindly approached me and showed me how to use their Amazon return kiosk. He walked me through the simple steps, which made the whole process quick and easy. I regret not remembering his name (I believe he may have been the owner), but I truly appreciated his patience and helpful attitude. I’m so grateful to now know there’s an easier way to handle my Amazon returns! I highly recommend this UPS location for any of your shipping or return needs. 5/5 from me!
