  Earlier today I stopped by this UPS location for two Amazon returns, and I had such a smooth experience. While I was waiting in line, a friendly gentleman kindly approached me and showed me how to use their Amazon return kiosk. He walked me through the simple steps, which made the whole process quick and easy. I regret not remembering his name (I believe he may have been the owner), but I truly appreciated his patience and helpful attitude. I’m so grateful to now know there’s an easier way to handle my Amazon returns! I highly recommend this UPS location for any of your shipping or return needs. 5/5 from me! Wishing a wonderful week ahead to everyone who reads this. 😊

  I’d rate this location a 10 out of 10 without hesitation. The entire staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Everyone treats customers with patience and respect, even during busy return rushes. Sean especially sets the standard for what great customer service should look like. He’s calm, professional, and always willing to explain things clearly, which makes a huge difference; especially since many people come in for returns without realizing that things like needing boxes or tape depend on what option they selected during the return process. This team goes above and beyond regardless. I really appreciate the small things, like supplying bags when appropriate and using the Amazon return bags (my favorite, so convenient and eco-friendly ). They make the whole process smooth and stress-free every time. If you’re looking for a UPS Store where the staff truly cares and knows what they’re doing, this is the one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Sean at the UPS Store provided outstanding service. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain options, made sure everything was packed and handled correctly, and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to get service this attentive these days—Sean absolutely delivered. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.

  Sean does a great job keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. I have personally seen rude, entitled, and disrespectful customers go in the store which can be tough to deal with. Don’t be that person. Keep up the great service, Sean.

  I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years, and this is hands down the most unpleasant customer service experience I have ever had. The owner is consistently rude, hostile, and condescending, especially toward women and people of color. He yells at customers, talks down to them, and creates an openly uncomfortable environment. This is not a one-off bad day. It is a pattern. Because this store is often the only nearby option for Amazon returns, many of my neighbors feel stuck. I have personally kept defective items instead of returning them, or driven much farther to Whole Foods, just to avoid interacting with this owner. That should say everything. What makes this funny is that the owner responds to negative reviews claiming he provides “world-class service.” World-class service does not involve yelling at customers, belittling them, or making people dread walking through the door. This is the United States. Basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism are the minimum expectation. If you are miserable doing this job, find something else. Do not take it out on customers who are simply trying to return a package and get on with their day. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you can. No one deserves to be treated this way.
