I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years, and this is hands down the most unpleasant customer service experience I have ever had. The owner is consistently rude, hostile, and condescending, especially toward women and people of color. He yells at customers, talks down to them, and creates an openly uncomfortable environment. This is not a one-off bad day. It is a pattern. Because this store is often the only nearby option for Amazon returns, many of my neighbors feel stuck. I have personally kept defective items instead of returning them, or driven much farther to Whole Foods, just to avoid interacting with this owner. That should say everything. What makes this funny is that the owner responds to negative reviews claiming he provides “world-class service.” World-class service does not involve yelling at customers, belittling them, or making people dread walking through the door. This is the United States. Basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism are the minimum expectation. If you are miserable doing this job, find something else. Do not take it out on customers who are simply trying to return a package and get on with their day. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you can. No one deserves to be treated this way.

Everything is easy enough. I I shipped something today with little effect. If you want to do a self return either, know how to read or don't go during peak hour. There are to many people who can't figure out self-service and it is a shame as it slows everyone down even the people trying to ship stuff because the staff have to hold their hand. Go During off hours, so you don't have to deal with too many people trying to return stuff from Amazon

Avoid this ups store at all costs. The old man there is so unpleasant, stands there watching customers waiting for returns instead of helping them. He forces you to buy boxes and tape when you don’t need to for return. I went to another ups location for the same return he wanted to sell me $10 small box for and they took it without a box.

They insist on having a self check out option for dropping off packages. A person dropping off multiple packages was having issues with the system holding everyone back. Instead of just helping her with the packages they insisted on using the system that wasn't working and delaying everyone else. The staff in the store repeatedly blamed Amazon yet I don't think UPS is providing this service to them for free so weird to blame them and not your bad dropoff system. Also, because I was vocal about their system being bad it was apparently my fault for following the rules and waiting in the line that the sign told me to. My package was ups prepaid but not Amazon. The staff was very rude, I can appreciate the are probably stressed out but blaming all your problems on Amazon seems silly vs just helping people get done what they are there to do. There was 3 registers. And at least three people in the store. The lady providing tech support could have helped the other lady in person vs holding up everyone else

I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store, and I want to specifically recognize Sean for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my shipment was handled correctly and efficiently. What truly stood out was Sean’s dedication and follow-through. Even after his work hours, he went out of his way to send me my receipt via text message, which I greatly appreciated. That level of care and responsibility is rare these days and shows how much he genuinely values his customers. The store was well-organized, the service was fast, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Sean, I felt confident that everything was taken care of properly. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service. Sean is a true asset to the team, and I will definitely be coming back!
