Terrible service , lost my mail twice in a month. They don’t care, just ask you to file a claim.

This location intentionally makes sending mail very difficult. Reason why the post office is going out of business. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The same guy with the glasses who works everyday needs some training or retire. If He does not want to do his job. He finds a problem every single time. Something needs to change. Sending mail should not be hard. Supervisor was no good either. Honestly I don't know how they are still employed. This location should be closed. Frustrating when all one needs to do is mail off a package. Why make it so complicated.

One of the clerks here is always rude to every customer that come in and needs help or he needs to help. He has no customer service skills at all. The clerks name is Tomas, USPS needs to do something about him. Some classes or something he doesn’t treat people kindly at all. All other clerks I have dealt with here are very friendly.

Last two times I’ve come in to the post office. I don’t know what the problem is with the male clerk. He is so rude. This has been my post office for over 30 years and he is the only clerk that is rude. I haven’t seen the other 2 clerks male & female for a while.

he man with the glasses that everyone talks about makes it almost unbearable to come in. I only come to this location because others are relatively out of my way compared to this one. He is very rude. To the point it's almost comical and you wonder if you're being trolled. And I additionally find it so impetuous that he doesn't even let you post your own opinion on the keypad. He always presses the smiley for the review before you can even see what's on the screen and puts "print receipt" instantly. What if I wanted that as an email? It's incredibly intrusive and I'm surprised that no one has done anything about it.
