  I arrived to the store expecting a cordial service.with a return. The line was was long but i waited for my turn. Most of the staff seam to be in distress but managed to provide good customer service, except for when i approached the extremely rude employee by the name of Jennifer with a cold attitude and sassynes. I provide my QR code and advise i never done this before. The QR were being rejected, I asked her if she could help me on my app but rather she give me attitude, she said that was my issue told me to move because I was holding the line and for me to figure out. I asked for her name and she continued calling people ignoring me until I ask again and again. I make sure she knew I reporting her to customer service relations and here. Management needs to evaluate their employees randomly and ensure they are engaging with customers in a polite manner. I hope this serves as verbal warning for her to avoid additional customers to go through unpleasant incidents like this.

  I gave a 9 rating because every encounter I have had with the UPS staff has ALWAYS been pleasant. I always go to the same (2) locations because of the proximity to my home. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and even around their business times.

  This store is very busy. I can see that everyone’s trying to get their work done. However, sometimes the customer service voice doesn’t match how the customer is feeling that day, just as an example. I’m a first-time mom dealing with postpartum, and my hands are busy. I have a question and need assistance. When I get to the clerk, I want to feel that she’s willing to help me, not that I’m bothering them or that I need to hurry because they’re in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes, the atmosphere can feel a little heavy, but otherwise, I either have a good experience or haven’t noticed anything else.
