- BCBenjamin Cortez4 days ago1.0So I had a pretty crappy experience today at this post office. The gentleman at the counter was helping a customer Lady female. She did not have her package taped up and this guy was rude. So he told her in a really rude way that he cannot take The package, unless it was taped. He gave her an option again like I said in a rude way either you take it home or you tape it up yourself or you buy the tape here and tape it up. Again, it’s not about buying the tape. It’s about how to talk to a customer. In my opinion. This guy needs to be ReprimandedFor his actions. He went off told the whole story on why he doesn’t provide tape for people anymore because the post company doesn’t make any money and he’s been working here since 1988 blah blah blah just there was no need for that in my opinion. I wish I remembered his name, but it’s hard to miss flat top classes, older gentlemen with a scar. I really hope somebody talks to him and watch the video this happened at 1:55 PM today thank you

However for a long time now Employee TOMAS has become a know-it-all and A Bully. He's Very RUDE and Condescending to Spanish Speaking Customers. He Treats them as though they are Stupid. He seems to have a Personal Problem with Me whenever I come in to take care of Business. He finds it hard to Provide Me with Simple Customer Service. He feels I'm so Stupid He Has to Explain every step of the Process to Me even when I tell Him I'm not interested and I already Understand and know what I Want. He is the P.O. Box Clerk. My P.O. Box Payment was Due 10/31/2025. TOMAS Took the Liberty of Locking Me out of my P. O. Box earlier than He Should have. I checked with another Clerk Who agreed that my P.O. Box should Not have Been Closed. This is Not the first time this Employee TOMAS has done this to Me. I wish I could Give 5 ⭐️'s. Other Clerks at the Southside Station are quite Friendly, knowledgeable and Pleasant. Unfortunately TOMAS is Not one of them!!! ☹️ If I Could I would Cease to come here !!!
