It absolutely reeks in there not only that but when their kiosk wasent working I decided to go to the front to get some help, not only were they extremely rude but they gave me not even a little assistance. I honestly don’t know how they got hired in the first place but they all should be fired because they were all rude.

I have high respect for postal workers and government employees. However, the one I talked to at the post office today just asked me to fall in line AGAIN after reaching the counter to tell me that I should use the kiosk for dropping off my packages even when I asked again since I need a receipt. It's a holiday tomorrow and the line on BOTH kiosk and counter is really loooonnnngggg. But lo and behold, I got to the counter only to be told to use the kiosk. I'm already at the counter. SO why not just scan the packages? There's still an hour before the post office close and I just can't believe I wasted 20mins falling in line only to be told to just drop off my packages. I've been to a lot of postal offices in the Inland Empire and have always received good customer service with the EXCEPTION OF THIS ONE. It's just frustrating. To the white lady with the short hair, I hope you have the day you deserve. I may not be white like the customer you happily talked to and entertained before me, but I do think I deserve the same fair treatment as a paying customer.
