I have high respect for postal workers and government employees. However, the one I talked to at the post office today just asked me to fall in line AGAIN after reaching the counter to tell me that I should use the kiosk for dropping off my packages even when I asked again since I need a receipt. It's a holiday tomorrow and the line on BOTH kiosk and counter is really loooonnnngggg. But lo and behold, I got to the counter only to be told to use the kiosk. I'm already at the counter. SO why not just scan the packages? There's still an hour before the post office close and I just can't believe I wasted 20mins falling in line only to be told to just drop off my packages. I've been to a lot of postal offices in the Inland Empire and have always received good customer service with the EXCEPTION OF THIS ONE. It's just frustrating. To the white lady with the short hair, I hope you have the day you deserve. I may not be white like the customer you happily talked to and entertained before me, but I do think I deserve the same fair treatment as a paying customer.

Although there was a line, the employees worked efficiently to help the line go quicker. Ivan assisted me in delivering my package. He was friendly and customer service was exceptional!

The foundation of being a person. Be respectful be helpful. Smile at-least. They cant even be people how are they going to have a role in a face to face customer environment. Unprofessional, shows character of the leadership who hired these folks. Just be nice its simple.

This review is for Toya, one of the employees at the counter by Sierra Ave in Fontana. She is very rude when you ask questions and her attitude is pretty bad. She doesn’t even smiles at the customers and when she does; she is very sarcastic; like if you are begging for a favor. When you are about to be done with your transaction, the USPS system ask you to select an option to describe the employee’s performance. When I was about to do it, she automatically selected the best rating for her (great performance), and she didn’t even gave me a chance of doing it myself. That’s so rude and unprofessional!
