The driver failed to deliver to my home which has need happened in the passed and Eduardo was of no assistance and stated I needed to wait until Friday since of course they’re closed New Year’s Day. Asked to speak to someone higher and he said because it’s franchise he was the only one in charge. Ups needs a better system if they’re going to refuse to deliver to my home. I work their store hrs and can’t be there before 5. 0 stars if possible
