Now all of sudden they can’t even though this same location has always done it. Then they will “accept it just this one” and then the lady everyone on the reviews is complaining about says they can’t take it because 2 different size boxes are strapped together again….. this same location has always accepted it. Labels were already purchased so I’m screwed…. I will not use FedEx again to ship… took it to another FedEx and taken with no issues. Place is a joke

Bree did an outstanding job in getting everything done exactly how I wanted it, all from my flash drive. She got it done in half the time that I thought it would take. - RMRaquel MossMay 31, 20252.0in the resent weeks i have been getting my work documents sent and printed at this location, its free and convenient only . the customer service is really hit and miss . i went in a few minutes before they closed one day and was denied service . i chose not to argue and just walk out my hope is that whoever owns this Fedex reads these reviews and there is change . again i am sent there for my business and will continue to post my experience on this public platform Rocky does give great customer service btw!
