I ship a lot of precision medical testing equipment & it requires more paperwork than just a kiosk scan. The team here has no problem helping me get everything I need even when they’re slammed with rude customers. Thanks for always being awesome!

Now all of sudden they can’t even though this same location has always done it. Then they will “accept it just this one” and then the lady everyone on the reviews is complaining about says they can’t take it because 2 different size boxes are strapped together again….. this same location has always accepted it. Labels were already purchased so I’m screwed…. I will not use FedEx again to ship… took it to another FedEx and taken with no issues. Place is a joke
