I use click n ship for my mailing, and because of the discrepancies between the two of them, in a sharp tone. she basically states it's my problem, talk to click n ship and then sats she's done talking. If I ever treated my customers or clients like that, when I was working for a corporation , I would have been fired

The advancement in USPS services captalsing on their massive services offerings in their website, make it a great place to send and receive shippments in a very good prices, and highest standards of customer service, trained staff and effecient operations! I was their for P.O. Box service and the word amazing won't do that location it's rights! Ifcourse the P.O. Box area had its special enterance, so customers with keys have access 365 days a year 24 hrs a day! Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP

It was inadvertently delivered to wrong slot and a neighbor dropped it at my home. Charles made the effort to drive to our neighborhood and search all 3 clusters and follow up daily, very impressive!!!
- GRGlobal Expat ReviewsJul 22, 20251.0Brought in a package that word for word said it didn’t need a box, and I had it clarified with USPS Prior but then I come in here and this Mr Knows it all tells me that I’m wrong and i didn’t understand the instructions I was given, then guides me to the side to wait for 10 minutes, intentionally, while the manager, who’s even bigger of a problem, older Caucasian lady with curly orange hair, comes out furious, with the most sass you’ve ever seen in your life, telling me she can’t help me and that if I continue to stand there she’s going to call the “police”. USPS if that’s how you handle your customers, then may god be with this location. Cons: Unsatisfactory and Rather Rude Customer Experience treatment
