  The female post manager is condescending and rude. I use click n ship for my mailing, and because of the discrepancies between the two of them, in a sharp tone. she basically states it's my problem, talk to click n ship and then sats she's done talking. If I ever treated my customers or clients like that, when I was working for a corporation , I would have been fired

  USPS is the originality, the history and the root system for public courier and mailing services. The advancement in USPS services captalsing on their massive services offerings in their website, make it a great place to send and receive shippments in a very good prices, and highest standards of customer service, trained staff and effecient operations! I was their for P.O. Box service and the word amazing won't do that location it's rights! Ifcourse the P.O. Box area had its special enterance, so customers with keys have access 365 days a year 24 hrs a day! Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP

  The Lines for in-person service usually look kind of bad. However, they tend to move fairly quickly, and they've always taken care of me reasonably quickly. Today, I had an above and beyond experience. I called to let them know my key didn't work for my mailbox anymore. It went to an automated system, which said I would get a call back. Oh boy. Here we go I got a call from Charles with the post office before I even had a chance to hang up with the automated system. Within 2 hours, I have three new keys and a new lock on my mailbox. This is an above and beyond experience!

  Alex in customer service did an amazing job! We had a fragile and somewhat bulky item we needed to ship out that was time sensitive. He knew exactly how much postage we would need and even walked me over to the scale to weigh the item to double check. He also instructed us to use the non machinable stamp so our item wouldn’t get crushed. Thanks for saving the day Alex!!!

  USPS should go out of international mail business, they said 3-5 days, to deliver it and charged a very hefty price of $70, but delivered after 6 weeks with water damage. They won't refund it because they cannot guarantee the time but they can guarantee high price. Fedex can do in 4 days.
