They are the most helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable UPS store in Folsom, heads and shoulders above the other Folsom store which is grouchy and inattentive. This time, Bri was my girl. No judgement when I didn’t want to spend $183 to send a $50 dollar gift. She gave me all my options and was patient and kind. What more could you ask for?!
