I went in to the Folsom UPS store today to ask for help in getting our packages delivered to our home consistently (we’ve gotten texts 4 different times saying the driver is sorry he missed us ….when we’ve been home. We have a Ring camera and a very responsive “watchdog”….no delivery has been attempted). Susan was wonderful! She listened -empathetically- to my frustration and concerns, then offered several suggestions for resolving them. THANK YOU, SUSAN!!!!

Once I forwarded the email to the UPS store email address we found there was something not correct. Quickly, Susan was able to determine that the QR code in my email needed to just be scanned on their local kiosk to have the return label printed from there. Customer service was great and I was in and out in less than two minutes.
