It was a frustrating two hours trying to figure out what happened to my package, starting with a call to the local store and being told there was nothing they could do nothing and then getting stuck in a vicious circle on the phone with UPS Corporate trying to talk to an actual person. I finally spoke to a person at UPS, and after being transferred numerous times, I was directed back to my local store. Thankfully Maddy helped me. She call UPS Corporate, called me with her findings, and personally tracked my package until it was delivered to my kids. In a world where nobody wants to help or take the time to listen, it’s a blessing to find that needle in the haystack who truly cares, listens, and cares. Thank you, Maddy!
