The last time I was there, which was maybe a year ago the guy who was working seemed irritated, wasn’t too friendly and I felt like I wasn’t going fast enough for him. Today I had the complete opposite experience. From the minute I walked in the door when I was greeted with a very cheerful hello, to giving her my packages and finishing up she could not have been sweeter or better at her job. She was a ray of sunshine and truly made my day better. I asked her name, which she said was Nicole because I wanted to be sure to let her boss know what a fantastic job she is doing!

I had made several errors on a "Customer Packaged" return on a late Sunday afternoon. With a generous smile I learned Amazon had tasked me with repackaging the return. Akum did it for me ..after he was already closed, and with a smile and appreciation for being his customer. In a word, DELIGHTED, with his business and thankful to have his service in our community.
