- CECharles Eden2 days ago5.0This store is always busy, and parking is not great, however I am able to get in and out quickly. Staff is usually friendly and helpful and self service machines are usually always avail.
- SFSasson FardNov 16, 20253.0They were closed on Sunday 11/16/25 at 10am. They open at 12pm on Sundays. Why not open sooner and close earlier on Sunday? Not intuitive. Also, when I go to drop off my packages and utilize the self-kiosk, when it’s time to drop off the package in the bin, it always has a sign on it saying drop-off at the counter. This scares me as no one is ever monitoring the front counter. Usually the employees are chatting at the back counter and don’t care. FedEx used to be a leader and top postal carrier. That is no longer the perception in my view.

Fallowed all guidelines posted by presenting my id and even showed my work badge and the employee was very rudely saying if she couldn’t scan my id that she wouldn’t release the package. It is not posted anywhere on the literature that they need to scan my id just present it. Then she proceeded to be extremely rude afterwards after explaining why I didn’t want my id scanned. I will never come back to this location as the customer service is rude and employees are terrible.
