They force you to buy boxes from them to use it when you’re shipping items that already have a box not recommended

Olga at the Folsom(E. Bidwell) was amazing! She was very kind and helpful. The process of sending my package was very complicated, and quite difficult. She happily helped me with everything. Thank you so much Olga! You are the best!!!

Needed business cards printed last minute and I tell you the staff there is incredible and they went above and beyond with what I needed. I uploaded my biz cards and paid online and I called and I asked what they can do for emergency and they stepped up.
Jason was extremely helpful and even confirmed design before printing and cutting. FedEx is lucky to have quality team members who have care and passion in working with customers.
Thank you Jason for going above and beyond on a busy day!

They were closed on Sunday 11/16/25 at 10am. They open at 12pm on Sundays. Why not open sooner and close earlier on Sunday? Not intuitive. Also, when I go to drop off my packages and utilize the self-kiosk, when it’s time to drop off the package in the bin, it always has a sign on it saying drop-off at the counter. This scares me as no one is ever monitoring the front counter. Usually the employees are chatting at the back counter and don’t care. FedEx used to be a leader and top postal carrier. That is no longer the perception in my view.
