This man had the audacity to show up to my house and start creating a scene by clapping in praise of my new mailbox that he then PINK SLIPPED ME!! He has held my mail since before July 02, 2024 which it is now July 25th which they are required to return after 10 days but he somehow keeps my mail (is this a federal crime?) and refused to use my previous mailbox and kept my tenants mail which included checks…no note was left stating our mail was getting “returned”/held onto until Elliott took it upon himself to interrogate my tenants, letting them know that he had returned multiple packages, but has left no note, or trace of them to have any clue that they’ve had mail returned, just by his word of mouth at that moment…ridiculous. I’ve had multiple neighbors go over to check the work of my new mailbox and they state that my mailbox is the most accessible mailbox on our street. It looks clean and neat and is at the specifications of the height yet Elliot still harasses me. At this point, I hope his supervisors do some thing about it because he is way too entitled. If Elliot continues with this behavior, I will ask my neighbors to call in to complain to you guys as well as this should not be acceptable, and some of them would be happy to share their thoughts about how rude Elliott can be… I am extremely displeased with my post service.
- JCJohn ChristensenApr 6, 20181.0I have found the personal at this post office to be exceptionally rude and irrational. Locked the door on me as I was entering the office at 4pm. Approximately 15 minutes before they locked the door on me. I had been at the counter to mail my package. I was in the lobby changing the format of the label due to the request of the clerk at the desk. When reentering that's when they locked me out. I had been in the office before and on a different day to mail a package the same clerk was complaining about his job. It is very inconvenient to have drive to Scott's Valley or Ben Lomand to get reasonable service.
