They say they have a guy but it's hard to offer appointments due to his limited schedule. Sounds like a lazy excuse to me and poor management. Advice to this branch - don't offer appointments if your guy isn't willing to do the work. Complete failure of public service and waste of tax payers money.

He was very rude, didn't guide me at all, just took my package and slammed it on the counter and proceeded to package it himself. I was then said "next time have it packaged, and bring your OWN tape" almost as if I the customer was an inconvenience to him.
