  1/22/25 I was very disappointed with my experience. Two young ladies were bring rude to another person which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this behavior so others do not experience the same.

  Customers seem to have some funny ideas about what constitutes being "in line" in this store. So does the staff.

  I went in there to get some shoes shipped, I bought a box for about 8 dollars, a nicer younger employee helped me, I went to my car and packaged and taped everything up. When I went back into the store there was an older shorter employee tossing and throwing and kicking packages everywhere. Everyone in the store felt awkward. She only stopped briefly to yell at the younger employee. I was next in line just on my phone waiting to be helped when the shorter employee gets to a register and yells “DO YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU OR NOT” I was very confused because she hadn’t said “next” or “can I help the next costumer”. When my package arrived to my costumer they told me the box was badly damaged. I was scared to go into this store because of the older Asian lady, now I again can’t use my local UPS store because of this new employee. I will forever just drive out to Oceanside to use the ups store down there.

  I needed 194 color copies, and was told .55 each, ouch. When Reshma checked me out at the register, she wanted even more than that. The associate, young lady, working told her there was a discount for copies over 100 quantity. She said she was not going to do that. They stopped doing that, even though the register was automatically charging me .39 each. I told her I was unhappy with her not offering me the discount, and she then got rude and told me she was not going to give me the discount. I told her again how unhappy I was with her treatment of this sale, and she then said she would give me the discount just this once, never again. I thanked her, she asked me if I "Got it". I said yes, thank you. She continued to ask if I "Got it". Just to get out of there with the discount, I replied pleasantly, thank you, yes I get it. On the third time she said it, I told her not to say that again to me. She was disrespecting me and my business. I will NEVER go back to this store. She was trying to upcharge me for a huge bill and override the register. The owner of this store needs to change his employees before they ruin his business. Do not go into this store, they will nickel and dime you on everything. Even charged $3.00 for me to email the files to them for the printing. RIP OFF. AND while she was helping me a male customer came in and she over-greeted him and went up and HUGGED him, arms around his neck. It was so awkward for him and other customers. Very inappropriate.
