  They say if you don't have anything good to say don't say it all all the way across the board from customer service to being helped to broken down copy machines id give them a zero ive never been to a place we're everyone working was either rude or useless actually I have this was just by far the worst. And to think i actually wanted to give my money to this place ..

  Good review for the two Staff members (Margarita and Marina) ONLY. Not the Manager/Owner. My grandmother passed away three weeks ago and we had to plan for a funeral and all the things we would need. I decided to design prayer cards for my grandmother's funeral and have my mother send them into staples. My mother was talking to the Manger of the store and he helped her size the prayer card and even gave her an example. We needed 30 prayer cards. Things seemed to be okay. He even told my mother that they would be ready the next day. (Mind you the next day was the day before we leave to Illinois for the funeral) My mother sent me to go pick them up with the receipt and when I went into the store, my heart dropped to find out the cards weren't even ready. Turns out the "form" the Manger was supposed to fill out didn't fill it in correctly and didn't leave note where the staff could find the file. (My mother gave them a usb drive). When I thought all was lost, two staff members stepped in to help solve this issue. (Margarita and Marina). The two ladies found the usb drive but also saw an additional error to the price of the prayer cards the manager charged my mother. Apparently he OVER CHARGED my mother almost around $200 when it was supposed to be only about $50-$60. In the end the two lovely staff members helped out and refund the money back to my family and even immediately went to complete the order we needed for when we leave the next day. They turned out beautiful and I was very grateful of them for helping me solve this issue. If you need to do any printing, I suggest going to the staff members and NOT the manager. They will give you correct prices and fill out the form correctly.

  Very disappointing experience today at Staples. There were 4–5 employees working, but only one person was at the cash register. Two customers were waiting in line while the cashier was busy on phone and didn’t seem concerned about the customers’ time. If the cashier is occupied, another employee should step in to help. Customers’ time has value too. Better teamwork and attention to service would make a big difference.
