    I wish I could be charitable to these people but I'd be lying if I was. If you want that unfortunately not rare combination of stupidity and condescension, ask one of these ladies a question. Holy crap, I understand not liking your job and being burnt out from dealing with stupid questions all day, but I'm not going back unless I have to. Today I had to, but normally I just go to the Suisun branch. My experiences there have been much better.

    The manager or the district manager needs to evaluate their employees on this particular branch.This is not the very first time I have to dealt with the rudeness of their employees here.The Asian lady was very rude every time I come here,so I decided to just dropped off my packages outside and try to avoid getting inside.I always used the kiosk outside to drop off my packages since then.Today I dropped off 2 packages,scanned them at the kiosk then drop it at their drop in box but the other one is too big that it doesn’t fit no matter the position.So I went inside and told the lady that I already scanned it outside but it doesn’t fit at their drop off box outside,she then insisted that “Oh it will fit,you have to drop that in the box outside.”So I replied to her that I tried but it’s too big and she insisted that it will fit.So me knowing myself that it won’t fit coz I tried already!Went outside and do it again,then she told me “Go ahead and do it” while she was inside on the other end of the drop off box.I replied politely that it will ruined the box/packaged if i’ll forced it.She then ask me to go inside and she ask for the box and trying to tell me “Did you do it slant like this (While her holding the box showing it to me like i’m a toddler).I replied politely that I did but it’s too big and it wont fit. So all these scenarios early in the morning,there was no line inside and she definitely did not have a customer with her. Please review the CCTV camera so you can see what I am talking about. It happened today December 5,2025 at exactly 10:06AM. From now on I will never comeback on this branch over here,this is supposed to be the closer in our house but I’d rather drive in Suisun branch cuz the employees here are just somethings else. Forget about customer service at least be nice!

    The Asian Lady in this location is something else. Just crazy…Im Asian too but it’s not gonna take much to be at least a little nicer specially if you deal with people all day. I just asked her a question and she got pissed for whatever reason, then i observe while waiting looks like its not just me. She is giving everybody this attitude and to those makes mistakes or have questions will get it worst. I just don't get it at all. Like you suppose to be friendly in this kind of job. She is just angry and needs to take a chill pill. Anyways, Came in for my passport appointment about 10mins ago. Passport process was very fast and convenient. Passport person very nice and approachable. 1 star cuz that lady got into my nerves… Im so close to give her attitude back but i know better. She’s not worth it.
