I’ve been shipping packages here for years including laptops and other high value items. The people behind the desk are friendly, funny, and kind. They’re great at what they do and we have a friendly rapport. Just be nice, folks!
- IViris velascoNov 24, 20251.0Just left this place very upset and did not feel valued as a customer. The minute I walked in no one greeted me and the lady at the front was on her phone. As soon as she saw me she still dud not greet me and seemed annoyed. I put a couple of my returns down and one of the items accidentally fell to the ground on her side of the counter and picked it up annoyed and sighed. I apologized for the item falling and she just sighed and continued to show me that she was annoyed. I’ve been going to this UPS store for as long as I have lived in this area and this was the by far the worst customer service encounter I have ever experienced. They need training on how to treat customers. There was no one else in the store and they were not busy. The other two employees were standing around. The lady who helped me had such an ugly attitude. I don’t know if I will ever go to this UPS store again. UPS store on Business Center. What a shame
