Kinda made the long line behind me upset. In the end I lost my lunch break and didn’t get the file I needed. Sucks but it is what it is. If corporate cared about business , would it allow their employees to be so busy with damaged equipment. On the positive side the employees were all hard working and professional polite

I usually stay on the line for a good 5min just to make sure. 👎🏽 Not to mention I recently ordered a poster that was confirmed to be ready by 4PM, but I was given no update if it was ready or not. I paid over $11 to rush this order for absolutely no reason.
