  Had a great experience. I had some printing questions, and I was able to go into the store and speak with an associate who was fantastic, patient and just overall cool person, his name was jerico.

  If you don’t want true customer service, then Staples is the place for you. But if you’re looking for quick, professional, and excellent customer service, THIS is the place to go! I had the pleasure of being helped by Priscilla at FedEx after Staples gave me a nightmare experience. They had promised my order would be ready in the morning, but instead I got a call saying, “I’m sorry, your order won’t be ready until 7:30 pm.” My daughter’s 18th birthday party started at 5 pm—I was panicked! I rushed over to FedEx, explained my situation, and Priscilla immediately jumped into action. She understood how urgent this was and made it happen quickly. She truly saved the day. Thank you, Priscilla, for not only delivering amazing work but also showing kindness, urgency, and professionalism in a stressful situation. FedEx is lucky to have you—I hope your leadership recognizes your talent and dedication (and rewards you for it!). I’m so grateful you helped make my daughter’s birthday extra special.
