- SMSusan MeyerFeb 17, 20261.0I was appalled listening to the way the postmaster and her colleague lashed out at a young man asking a very reasonable and calm question after having a package turned away. It was obvious the staff did not know the answer to the question and became emotional and aggressive to cover up their embarrassment. I feel so bad for that young man and do not think I’ll be using this post office in the future as a result of this experience.
- DDDaleFeb 17, 20261.0Judge Judy runs a mean ship. Thought maybe it was just me until I read the other reviews, holy moly. Was told I couldn’t ship a small plastic bottle in a flat rate envelope despite it closing naturally. I said no problem, happy to go with what you recommend, then asked out of curiosity if it was a specific law or regulation they were enforcing. You’d have thought I asked Sarah Palin what newspapers she reads.. the caffeine spiked and both Judy and Nicoletta went into tandom meltdown mode at the audacity? of the question.. They literally shouted me out of the office while in full fledged panic, likely from the root emotion of fear from not knowing why they were saying what they were saying. I simply said “your energy is making me uncomfortable”, walked out, and drove far out of my way to another post office, which sadly I see many others do as well. Yikes! Hope usps makes better help or similar available to employees to prevent them from becoming powder kegs. Oh that’s a thing isn’t it, “going postal.” I forgot about that until I encountered Judy in all her misplaced rage.

I had asked her if there was any chance a package had been delivered to the wrong address as I'd been waiting for it for 2 months, she snapped that my mail was handled by another office and immediately hung up on me. They are vastly under prepared for electronic payment in office during a time when people are trying to as clean as possible. If your chip doesn't work and you don't have cash, good luck.
