  This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.

  I'd read the great reviews for the UPS Fairfax, CA, store, so when we were cleaning out our late sister's house nearby and needed a store that could carefully and diligently wrap, box, and then ship 20-30 boxes of various sizes and contents around the country to a host of family and friends, we made UPS Fairfax, CA, our go-to. Everything we brought in needed to be wrapped with great care, then boxed and sent all over the country. We brought in fine art (paintings and sculptures); antiques; household furnishings (one of a kind benches and chairs); silver; fine china, and artisanal glassware...so many beautiful things our sister had amassed over her lifetime, now sent into the world to others, to bring them happiness. It was a formidable task, and Ann and her staff simply could not have been kinder, more patient, or more skilled at their jobs.... Each day we spent 1-2 hours in the store carrying in things from the car to the store where, their team recorded everything, weighed everything, addressed everything, organized everything...nothing too great or too small...nothing lost or misplaced...everything attended to with great attention. They wrapped each item carefully and then shipped everything with such attention, via UPS, that even the most fragile of items has now arrived safely. I waited to write this review until the last piece had arrived safely -- and now that it has, I am so delighted to write this review. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you again, UPS, Fairfax, CA, for your excellence and your good will.

  UPS store near the Fairfax Post Office. Service is always prompt and polite. They do UPS shipping, print services, and they have a small selection of shipping supplies for purchase.
