- YYYevheniia_ YevheniiaDec 10, 20251.0This is a terrible post office! The staff are completely incompetent! They mistakenly sent my international package back! Just one day after it arrived at their branch! I went there several times, wrote emails, and called every day, begging them to do something to get the package back! The international package cost a lot of money! It contained birthday and Christmas presents for my son from his grandparents! But they did nothing; they just said, "Yes, of course, we'll sort it out," smiled, but took no action! I didn't expect such an incompetent approach from the employees! They admitted their mistake, but they weren't going to correct it! Who will now explain to my five-year-old son why he is without birthday and Christmas presents? Who will now pay for the cost of resending this package?

- DGDana GalatiSep 19, 20251.0Over the past few months I’ve been having more and more packages arrive to the fair oaks post office (I live in fair oaks), and they are then redirected to either Elk Grove, Carmichael, or Redding. I called yesterday about a package that arrived here at the same time as a few of my other packages and the employee was super lazy and told me it never arrived even though I know it did cause it was scanned in at the same time my other items were. Well now that package is sitting in Redding. This is uncalled for and the fact it’s happening weekly now is not okay.
