From the moment I walked in, Jake helped me with my shipment, and I was immediately impressed by how polite, efficient, and professional he was. I believe I spoke with Allen (not sure), and I was just as impressed with him. He was equally respectful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering my questions. The consistency in professionalism between both employees really stood out to me, it’s very clear that the team here is well-trained and takes pride in what they do. There’s actually a UPS Store closer to my home, but the level of service I received here is so outstanding that I would gladly drive the extra distance just to come back. In a time when great customer service is often hard to find, Jake and Allen went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I spoke to Jake about a very complicated matter, and he was very attentive, suggested a couple of possible solutions, and provided the best possible help you can expect. The other clerk I saw during my wait time, a bilingual (plus!) female was treating each customer in a very polite and friendly manner. I strongly recommend this store, especially if you have something potentially problematic.
