    Yes, they're very friendly in there and I ask questions about mailings, things, special envelopes and stuff and i've got it all taken care of they're very nice, nice and very helpful

    Instead of simply informing me that my packages were stolen in the recent burglaries. The tracking info stated "In transit to the next facility. Arriving late." For weeks I assumed that my packages were going to be delivered. The staff seemed nice enough but this type of incompetence and ignorance totally outweighs any cordiality of the staff. Not to mention that our valuable items are being secured by a chain that can be easily cut and measures to strengthen the insufficient security have not been made. Do better!

    Post office is fine but the mailman always shoves or throws our things like if they were just papers. My brother recently ordered a case for his ipod & he shoved it in there like nothing & it broke. It hadn't been the first time either. Last time I had ordered something that had paper included & he threw it in a puddle of water. I was pissed, he just drove off. I haven't seen that idiot anymore...
