- MSMichael SimoniDec 20, 20241.0Product delivered on Aug 1, 2024 but box was crushed and product inside was damaged. Post office said to bring it in, which I did a few days later. The box was clearly crushed during transit. The postal worker took notes, but never took pictures of the very obvious damage, then demanded I give him the product and they will get back to me. I've called multiple times and someone is supposed to call me back but never does. It's now Dec 19, 2024...over 4.5 month later and I have no product, no refund, and no answer from the Eureka, Ca postal service on F st. So, no worries about being absolute thieves...give me a real response.

He will just move on and quickly submit the address. Worst Place ever. It’s not just because of Larry. But mostly because of him.
