I explained that I lost several days waiting for the order and needed proof for customer service, but they simply said they “can’t print anything.” This is unacceptable for such a large company. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they made it even more frustrating. Poor customer service and zero accountability.

It was the most bizarre and rudest thing I have ever witnessed in retail. He should not be working there.
