Now they costantly send my packages back witch never happend before and are extremely rude. After 20yrs im about to close my box cause im getting fed up along with everyone else in this town with that post office.

This time it cost me to replace at the last minute...only to find out too late that the lady on a different street has my stuff! Also, my paycheck was put the wrong box so it was 10days LATE! Get your act together please

I apologize for my mistake knowing it was the SECOND time I messed up! But was yelled at and threateneing to be charge with more postage if I mess up my address again? When that's not even something they can do to charge more??? Honestly not sure why these ladies work here if they hate people so much. Really need to work on yourself or your customer service. But should NOT be working with the public. You should be ashamed of yourself, how you have a job long hair "lady" I have no clue! Your bosses must be super desperate. Not surprising the USPS is losing to other carriers when they employ bitter old ladies.
