- LLLiz LinOct 20, 20255.0Wow the best service I’ve ever gotten at a usps! I was nervous bc I had a lot of packages but the staff and customers behind me was extremely helpful and patient despite technical difficulties with the sticker printer. Definitely would recommend this location!
- JYJazz YOct 20, 20255.0I was checking the hours and noticed a lot of negative reviews so I thought I would put in my 2 cents. This particular location in Escondido on Valley Parkway is the only one I will go to. I have never had a problem. Sometimes the lines are long, but they are always quick, efficient and friendly. I won't go into the problems I had at other locations, but I will never go to the Mission or Escondido Blvd location again. I will drive out of my way to go to Valley Parkway location. I wish they opened earlier.

Later that day, my mom came to him with a complicated and seemingly unresolvable issue having to do with change of address and Paolo went out of his way, despite being swamped, to understand her concern and provide support beyond his obligations.
