- GHGordon HardyNov 14, 20251.0If I could give no stars I would. Somebody needs to look into the gentleman at the front counter by the name of Sam. He calls himself “Sam I am.” One of the most rudest individuals who shows that he absolutely hates his job and maybe himself. Keep in mind, I ship from this location 3-4x per week and today I’ve feel like something needs to be said about “Sam” and his Customer Service skills. If you don’t like your job, then you need to find another. Come on USPS, There needs to be some coach and counseling with Sam. Needless to say, I will be taking my account and business elsewhere after today.

I showed up today to mail all my sealed and stamped envelopes and they told me I had the wrong stamps. They then proceeded to call me a liar because “I couldn’t tell them the name of the employee who told me the stamps were ok” they stole $50 from me and want to charge me another $60 to be able to mail my wedding invites.
